How we use information

• To personalize your feed around chosen topics and locations.
• To sync app state such as saved stories and read history.
• To diagnose reliability, performance, and security issues.
• To support subscriptions and purchases through Apple where available.

Apple sign in and purchases

When you use Sign in with Apple or make an in-app purchase, Apple processes parts of that interaction under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Asterisk receives the identifiers or transaction status needed to authenticate your account and unlock eligible features.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and payment entitlement checks.

Your choices

You can update your topics and location preferences in the app. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where required by applicable law.
